After graduating from Syracuse University's prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, which she bribed her way into, Kelly began her comedy writing career on the hit TV show THE OFFICE (NBC), where she earned a WGA nomination in the Derivative New Media category. She has penned episodes for Chelsea Handler's scripted mockumentary series AFTER LATELY (E!), as well as the Emmy-Award winning animated series RAPUNZEL’S TANGLED ADVENTURE (DISNEY), and the multi-camera family sitcom COOP & CAMI ASK THE WORLD (DISNEY).

Kelly has developed with Bravo, Bunim/Murray, Sony Pictures Television, Disney Branded Television, Comedy Central, Mindshow Animation, Fox Entertainment and The Lonely Island production shingle Party Over Here. She has also written features for Fox Digital and The Gold Company, and has created content across several platforms for BuzzFeed Video, NBC.com, Gabby Bernstein, and Chautauqua Institution.

Kelly lives between L.A. and New York, and aspires to be the first writer on Mars. She is represented by The Nacelle Company, and Del Shaw Moonves Tanaka Finkelstein Lezcano Bobb & Dang.
